Abstract

Human-AI collaboration is emerging as a significant engine of transformation in modern commerce, altering company processes, consumer engagement, and decision-making. This study investigates the impact of artificial intelligence in improving human capabilities in corporate environments, specifically productivity, efficiency, and innovation. Using a systematic review approach and survey data from 183 respondents, the study discovered a strong positive assessment of AI adoption in commerce. The statistical research reveals acceptable reliability (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.758) and substantial connections between variables including AI education, ethical practices, human skill development, and employee training. The findings reveal key emergent trends such as hyper-personalization, agentic commerce systems, supply chain automation, human-AI co-creation, and an increased emphasis on ethical AI use. The key benefits include increased efficiency, cost savings, and company innovation, while the obstacles include privacy concerns, bias, and worker adaption. The study suggests that long-term human-AI collaboration requires a balance of technology improvement, human oversight, ethical governance, and continuing skill development.
